Wimborne BNI Chapter Leadership Team
What is the Leadership Team?

Every chapter of BNI has a Chapter Leadership Team. This team is changed every six months. All team leaders have to attend BNI training before taking up their role.

The Leadership Team of any chapter always consists of

  • The Chapter Director
  • The Membership Co-ordinator
  • The Secretary/Treasurer

 

The Chapter Director sets the overall strategy for the chapter, running the weekly meetings so as to ensure that the BNI agenda is followed, and also deals with the local business community.

The Membership Co-ordinator chairs the chapter Membership Committee, involved in all applications to join the chapter, produces a weekly report on the referrals passed during the meeting, and produces the monthly Membership Committee report.

The Secretary/Treasurer looks after the actual processes of joining for new members and renewing for existing members. He / she also reminds members about renewal fees when due, and deals with the chapter's bank account.
